About Virginie Chasseriau:
Passionate about advancing medicine and improving lives, I bring 15+ years’ experience in clinical research, training, and compliance across pharma and beyond. Starting as a Clinical Research Associate before becoming Clinical Trainer at Boehringer Ingelheim and later Global Learning Manager in the UK, I went on to found Cup of Learning, delivering virtual training across industries. I am now excited to return to the life sciences sector. I want to be part of a team where I can combine my background in clinical research, global training, and compliance to create a lasting impact on human health.

Clinical Research & Compliance
Began your career as a Clinical Research Associate in CROs (1997–2001), ensuring trial monitoring and regulatory compliance.
At Boehringer Ingelheim (2001–2016), advanced from Clinical Training Manager to Global Learning Manager.
Built a training function for 150+ staff, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and EU regulations.
Supported successful product launches (Spiriva, Aptivus, Pradaxa).
Developed hybrid training programs on RBQM and created eLearning modules for clinical trial results disclosure.
Learning & Development Leadership
Founded Cup of Learning Ltd (2016–present), delivering 2,000+ virtual classrooms for global clients in pharma, banking, technology, and education.
Designed “train the trainer” programmes for managers moving to virtual learning.
Managed 150+ on-site and virtual events, supporting international teams.
Led a remote, international team at Adobe Inc., driving collaboration across time zones.
