I am a diligent M.Sc. Marketing student at Cardiff University, actively seeking a part-time role to cultivate my international experience. With a visa allowing for 20 hours per week, I am a hardworking and quick-thinking individual ready to contribute effectively.

Experience

As an experienced Account Coordinator at Deluxe Entertainment Services, I bring a diverse background having worked across multiple industries including customer service, advertising, and media. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable brands in the world such as Anthem, Bombardier, Warner Bros., Disney, Universal, Amazon Prime, and Amazon ads among others.

My expertise lies in verifying content and technical aspects of features, documentary and episodic content. My strong customer service experience gained while working with IBM and Kyndryl has helped me build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

I am a diligent professional who takes pride in ensuring that all projects are delivered with the highest level of accuracy and quality. I possess excellent communication skills, which allows me to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. I am a self-starter who takes initiative to identify and solve complex problems.

With my extensive experience in the industry, I am confident in my ability to add value to any project or team I am a part of.
