My name is Vithushine Thirukumaran, and I am an enthusiastic student who is looking for a job that provides service, to build on their communication skills and will help me earn some extra money to help me get through university without relying too much on my parents. I am a very friendly and easy-going person who likes to help everyone around them feel comfortable. When I am given a job, I will do whatever I can to reach the end goal. Currently, I am also studying Biomedical Sciences at Queen Mary University of London and I aspire to go into Dentistry after finishing my course. For this reason, I feel that working as a receptionist at a dental practice will give me that experience, I need to understand the qualities required to be a part of the dental team. After all, the dental receptionist plays a crucial role, whilst being a vital part of the multidisciplinary dental team. I was actually offered a job as a dental receptionist previously during my sixth form days, but sadly I could not take up the opportunity due to timetable clashes. This is why I would now like to take the initiative to find and hopefully successfully attain a job as a dental receptionist and through the help of vital experience, become one step closer to accomplishing my dream of studying dentistry after completing my first degree.
