About Warren Hudson:

Warren’s career in the Consumer Electronics (CE) industry began at Dixons Group, where he gained valuable retail experience before transitioning to CE distribution in 2002. At ISI Distribution, Warren led a dynamic sales team, driving substantial growth by securing partnerships with Tier 1 brands such as Samsung, ASUS, and Lenovo, and selling to top UK retailers and resellers.  

Between 2002 and 2008, Warren was instrumental in expanding ISI Distribution’s revenue from £40 million to £150 million. His strategic vision and leadership earned him a promotion to Commercial Director and a seat on the company’s board.  

In 2008, ISI Distribution was acquired by the SCH Group, a global enterprise with a turnover of £2.5 billion. Warren then served as Business Unit Director, managing a team of 30 professionals across sales, product management, and marketing. He held P&L responsibility for over £150 million, successfully navigating a highly competitive market.  

In 2011, Warren embraced a new challenge, launching Native Union—a stylish and innovative CE accessory brand—in Europe and the Middle East. Through a carefully designed tier-2 retail strategy, he established a robust distribution network and secured placements in premium department stores, design boutiques, and leading CE retailers, achieving explosive growth.  

Driven by his passion for scaling brands, Warren founded Unlock EMEA in 2014. This UK-based consultancy specialises in helping brands launch and thrive across Europe and the Middle East. Unlock EMEA quickly became a market leader, offering expertise in distribution, retail channel development, brand protection, and strategic advisory services.  

In 2015, Warren began consulting for Sphero, initially leading EMEA sales before rising to VP for International Sales, where he oversaw operations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.  

With over 20 years of experience spanning retail, distribution, and global brand management, and an extensive network of industry contacts, Warren has a proven track record of scaling brands and delivering exceptional results in international markets.
