I believe I could bring strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills developed through my experiences in many customer service roles. I am passionate about providing compassionate support to individuals. In my last role as a medical counter assistant at a community pharmacy, my responsibilities included managing inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses, and maintaining records. This job required a lot of face to face communication with customer which I really enjoyed and also included communication with customers through phone and email. This position as well as my role as a housekeeper at an NHS hospital has equipped me with an ability to handle sensitive information and always maintaining an empathetic approach.
