Whitney Walsh

I have a BSc Psychology 1st Class Hons degree from UEL, and a MSc Mental Health and Clinical Psychology Merit from LSBU. My previous role was of a Mental Health Support Worker at a Medium/Acute inpatient hospital. I am interested in Assistant psychologist roles for mental health and SEN individuals, Psychological and Neuro-Psychological Research, and Positive behaviour Practitioner Roles. 

I have worked as a Mental Health Support Worker for an acute inpatient hospital where I gained a multitude of skills including de-escalation of challenging behaviours, clinical notes, 1:1 and group interactions with people experiencing mental health/learning disabilities. I have also been an honorary research associate for a project creating policy for mental health facilities regarding sexuality and relationships.  

I have a MSc Clinical Psychology and Mental Health, at London Southbank University.
