Widasari Yunida Putri

I am an urban designer trained in Architecture and the Built Environment encompasses and combines urban design, spatial planning, landscape architecture and environmental modelling in TU Delft, the Netherlands.

I worked for several years in Pandega Desain Weharima, Jakarta, and have practised in several cities in Indonesia and Leiden (NL) for projects (built and in progress) ranging from architectural and urban scale scoping on design and research. Most of my works ranging from urban masterplan design (regional to neighborhood scale), strategic framework (regional to neighborhood scale) and design guidelines. I also joined several national and international urban competitions with my colleagues to widen and excel my skills in urban design. I am passionate for human-scale urban interventions, multiscalar approaches, and socio-ecological urban resilience.

Here is the list of my responsibilities and products of my work:

1. Urban Designer at Pandega Desain Weharima, Jakarta, ID       2020-present

• Detailed Master Plan Design & Development: identified and created new commercial niche of new residential area, attracting new market and results in projected increase in land value.
• Masterplan Design & Feasibility Study; strategizing scheme for profitable revenue and land budgeting ratio study. 
• Strategic Planning; developing multiscalar strategic planning on regional scale and implemented on micro scale.
• Developing Guideline; solved challenge to produce a simplified complex guideline for railway stations in the Greater Jakarta area into a comprehensive guideline.
• Leadership: managed design development from preliminary design to final reporting.

1. Urban Design Expert Consultant at Green Building Council Indonesia             2020-2021

• Partnered with the multidisciplinary experts to establish a new rating system for neighborhood scale certification. Developing a detailed research and the rating is now officially published and used by the public to gain green neighborhood certification.
• Working knowledge of standard regulations and best practice principles; including LEED, GBI Index, BCI Greenmark
