I am a recent business graduate seeking to relocate to Dorset and pursue a career in finance. I thrive on variety in my work and have a proven ability to learn new skills quickly, applying my knowledge to deliver high-quality results. My degree covered a broad range of business subjects, including finance, which I found most engaging and in which I achieved my highest grades. I would be eager to bring my passion for the subject into a finance-focused role.

Bar staff/ Admin (October 2024 – Ongoing)                                           The Towers

Working within a team on a bar at a pool, snooker and darts club, as well as taking on administrative tasks to support the owner and manager of the business

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of food and drink orders for customers
• Maintaining our membership database
• Undertaking admin tasks such as ensuring the building is fire compliant and making sure employees have signed the correct paperwork (Risk assessments, permission to serve alcohol)
• Taking bookings in person and over the phone and ensuring they don’t overlap 

Account Manager (November 2020 – August 2021)                             Prolog Fulfilment

Taking care of requests from one of Prolog’s clients while carrying out other administrative and office duties

Responsibilities:

• Responding to client emails (around 70-100 a day) and being able to prioritise them in order of importance
• Liaising with 3rd parties such as Yodel to locate missing parcels and raise claims
• Generating and sending daily, weekly and monthly reports for the client and managers
• Using an order management system to raise, cancel and check customer orders on a regular basis

Warehouse Operative (August 2020 – November 2020)                     Prolog Fulfilment

Configuring and packaging payment devices as well as completing other warehouse-based jobs (labelling, packing, picking) 

Responsibilities:

• Learning how to configure and package the devices and other roles within a short space of time
• Keeping to a daily quota of 60 devices per day
