Kyndryl / IBM Commercial Contracts & Baseline Manager 2017 - 2024
As a pivotal figure in managing a major commercial contract with ‘WPP’, spanning 50 countries, I orchestrate the lifecycle from the time contracts are signed by tracking project status, providing commercial input on the impact to the revenue on the account, all the way through to invoicing, ensuring seamless operations.
My role is inherently senior stakeholder and client-centric, allowing me to collaborate with diverse levels of seniority across Kyndryl and our client organizations.
My contributions have been instrumental in elevating global operations and refining the execution of commercial contracts.
