I am a skilled Shutdowns, Turnarounds, Outages, Campaigns, SIPs and Trainer with over 24 years’ experience in the construction sector, specialising in work pack creation and development, all aspects of scaffolding, sales management, and people development, with a high degree of success in supporting project delivery.

Currently, I am the Senior Service Focal Point for Serica Energy, performing a range of roles including scaffolding supervision/focal point, Shutdowns, Turnarounds, Outages, SIPs, project engineering and coordination, training delivery, competency assessments, site surveying, and latterly work pack lead to enable project completion within time and budget constraints.

During my career, I have been effective in creating operational excellence and establishing standards, utilising continuous process improvements, and executing robust policies to increase work efficiency and productivity.  I have identified and resolved under performance and recognised unsocial behaviour to implement compliance-driven disciplinary action to meet HR policy and procedures.

With a dedication to continued professional development, I have completed multiple training courses and certifications relating to my career. I welcome any further training to reach maximum potential in my career.
