I am an enthusiastic and adaptable professional with experience in customer service, reception, and hospitality. Most recently, as a Receptionist (work placement) at Z Hotel Gloucester Place, London(May 2024), my responsibilities as a receptionist were to welcome guests, manage bookings, allocate rooms, handle phone inquiries, complete administrative tasks, and respond to customer requests. 

Additionally, I have completed the Barclays Destination Hospitality programme(April 2024), gaining practical training in customer service, food safety, responsible alcohol retailing, tray handling, table service, and cocktail preparation, along with industry exposure to leading hotels and restaurants.
