Experience


I worked in Aviation Business Continuity under different Companies like Cobalt, Azzura and Dnata as Baggage Operative on Ramps, Laterals, Out-of-Gauge, Re-Flight Areas and Transfer Dock on all Terminals. I worked as a Baggage Supervisor for over 3 years in ABC leading a team. During my tenure as a Baggage Supervisor, I had chance to work on varied skills including Effective Communication, Time-Management, Report Writing, Incident Management and Task Allocation to name a few. I worked as a Stand-in Team Lead, overlooking Terminal 4 RAF process. I was managing staff shift, ensure smooth Start-up, cross checking shift allocations to Deployment, making sure staff and work area follow H&S guidelines, running a busy daily operation with effective hand over.

Presently I work as a Team-Lead Baggage Operative on Terminal 5 under British Airways on Laterals and Out-of-Gauge delivering bags. 
 

Education

• SSC through GOA BOARD (GOA INDIA) in March 2005.
• Hotel Management through Fr. Agnel Institute (GOA INDIA) in 2007.
