Starbuck (barista); As a barista at Starbucks, I mastered the art of crafting high-quality beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. I ensured a welcoming atmosphere,  managed inventory, and collaborated with the team members to maintain store efficiency. My role involved handling high-volume orders during peak hours, consistently meeting customer expectations. 

Marriott International (customer Service and Sales Representative); At Marriott International, I provided top-tier customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. I also drove sales by promoting hotel services and upselling packages, contributing to revenue growth. My experience enhanced my communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer- focused environment.

During my management and marketing undergraduate studies at University of Essex, I gained a comprehensive understanding of business operations, strategic marketing, and consumer behavior. I learned how to analyzed market trends, develop effective marketing strategies, and manage projects efficiently. The coursework emphasized critical thinking, data analysis, and communication skills, preparing me to navigate complex business environments.
