• Programming: I covered a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript, HTML, PHP, CSS, this has enabled me to develop skills in algorithm design, software engineering, and programming concepts. 
• Database management: I actively participated in designing, creating, and managing databases, including the ability to query and manipulate data using SQL.
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning: I studied an artificial intelligence module where I developed an enhanced understanding of machine learning, as well as data mining, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Web Development: I focused heavily on web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript personally and through team projects, and this has enabled me to develop skills in creating web applications and user interfaces.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: I have emphasised problem-solving and analytical skills, as I had to develop algorithms and solutions to complex problems in computing.
• Project management and collaboration: The team project modules allowed me to develop project management and collaboration skills when developing an e-commerce website with a diverse group of people using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript and making the database with SQL, I managed the team using Tello and did PowerPoint presentations as well as word documentation to keep everyone on track of our goal enabling us to work effectively as a team this helped contributed to the success of managing the software development project.

• Network administration: I attained practical knowledge and skills in network administration, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network systems.
• Cybersecurity: I covered cybersecurity concepts and techniques, such as identifying and mitigating security threats, implementing access controls, and securing networks against cyberattacks.
• Systems support: I focused on the support of IT systems, this included identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end-users, and monitoring systems performance.
• Communication and teamwork: I collaborated on projects such as network design and implementation. I communicate effectively with team members and thought about our clients and presented our work to a range of audiences.
• Project management: The diploma provided me with the skills and knowledge to manage IT projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and project monitoring and evaluation.
• Industry-relevant skills: The diploma helped me with industry-relevant skills and knowledge, enabling me to have a diverse set of skills in choosing a future career in a range of IT-related roles, such as network administrator, systems analyst, IT consultant, cybersecurity.
