Yen-Rong Chang

I'm a student under the MSc in Management Information Systems from The University of Manchester and with a background in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman, giving a strong analytical background in all kinds of data and operations. With a focus on business optimization, I've successfully applied graphic design skills and team management competencies to enhance processes at The Coding School. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Filipino, and adept in Hokkien, I navigate multicultural environments with ease, ensuring that our collaborative efforts are not just effective, but also inclusive.

I was previously a graphic design coach in The Coding School, and eventually became a business optimisation intern in the same company to apply my experience as an educator and industrial engineering student to streamline the inefficiencies experienced by the different departments of the company. Applying my multilingual skills, I was an International Projects Intern in H-Audio to coordinate the supply chain of the company from different areas around the world. My tenure in Fibrella Umbrella also gave me valuable experience in marketing and customer success. 

I recently completed my studies in MSc Management and Informations in the University of Manchester, learning valuable knowledge on the systematic structuring and management of information within organisations. Before that, I completed my degree in Industrial Engineering in the University of the Philippines (Diliman) which provided me strong data analytical skills in operations and a wide range of other disciplines.
