I’m detail-driven, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities, and I’m now looking for a stable, operations- or office-focused role where I can contribute structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

I have experience across luxury hospitality, operations support, and administrative roles, with a strong focus on organisation, process improvement, and reporting. I’ve supported high-profile business openings, coordinated cross-functional teams, managed stock and supplier relationships, and maintained high operational standards in fast-paced environments. I also bring strong data and administrative experience, including data entry, reporting, and systems management, with a proven ability to improve accuracy, efficiency, and workflow structure.

Education

I hold a BSc in Biochemistry (2:1) from the University of East Anglia, where I completed a research project in sleep science. Alongside my studies, I co-founded and served as Health and Safety Officer of the UEA Albanian Society and took part in a humanitarian project in Kosovo supporting homeless youth.
