With over 15 years of international experience across HR, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, I bring a unique blend of people-focused leadership and business insight. Starting my career in the pharmaceutical field and later earning a CIPD Diploma in HR, I’ve built a strong foundation in both science and people management.

My journey has taken me from managing large-scale patient support programs in global organisations like Sanofi to cofounding and leading HR at Bloomy Brooms Ltd. Along the way, I’ve developed expertise in HR administration, recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, and compliance — always with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture.
