I have worked as an operation support  manager, dealing with complaints from clients. Upkeep of clients sites and Projects  and making sure everything is operating and running smoothly, making sure fleet vehicles are working and managing fleet vehicles over the board. Training guards on tractik making sure they are hitting targets on a monthly basis on every patrol round. Using traitik on computer, adding patrol sheet, changes per client requests, investigations


 

Being able to manage my workload efficiently. Having experience with clients, ensuring to deliver customer service and putting customers at the forefront and understanding the needs of the customer. Supervising a team of 16, making sure rota filled, Carrying out monthly appraisal, one to ones, probation meetings, carrying out interviews for new recruits, onboarding.
