Experience
I have over 5 years experience working in administration with my latest experience working at Global Data Worked with a banking events company and my role is to get bank delegates to attend events, currently working on events in Dubai, using my Arabic language to communicate and to sell the event to the clients. Previously worked on events in Switzerland, Morocco, London and Saudi. Keeping a database of all contacts. Dealing with clients via the phone and email ensuring all enquiries are dealt with.
Also worked Front of House at Sash Windows in London worked at the showroom, dealing with potential customers and current customers. Answering phone enquiries and emails and managing the showroom. I also was involved in the update of the website and assist the sales employees working for the company.
Previous to this I worked for George F. Brooks Construction as an Office Manager and Site Manager.
As office manager - included financial management responsibilities, e.g. managing the business’ customer database.
As site manager – included line management of employees and contractors, managing procurement, and ensuring the project was on time, on cost and delivered to a high quality.
