Zara Mitchard

A current MSc Management student at the University of Bath, with a 2:1 BSc in Biology from the University of Leeds, which included an industrial placement year at Pfizer Ltd in Marketing. I am an outgoing, positive, energetic individual with a range of work experiences including waitressing, shop work and bar work. Throughout my work experience I have built strong communication skills, enabling relationship building and customer interactions. 

Casual Event Work 

On an ad hoc basis I have covered numerous catering events for a local chef, including weddings and festivals. This has given me a broad experience in hospitality. 

• Setting up events.  
• Waitressing, including taking orders and plate waiting. 
• Working behind the bar.  
• Clearing up afterwards. 
• Food safety level 2, food allergens training and health and safety level 2.
