Our CEO is all systems go
Our CEO Mike Fairman is passionate about people and products. He’s got 30 years of experience under his belt in marketing, mobile telecoms and online platforms for companies including giffgaff, 02 and Coca Cola. He’s joined us to focus on customer-centred growth. Growth of the Checkatrade member base, growth of Checkatrade customers and growth of Checkatrade staff. But we know we can’t grow without significant investment. That’s why our parent company, HomeServe are financially backing our growth plans by investing in our people, products and processes over the coming months and years in areas such as marketing, systems and innovative technologies.

Our HQ is based at modern offices located in Lakeside in Portsmouth – a great place to work with good public transport links, ample free parking and plenty of extras. As we continue to grow, so does our work space – so we’re expanding and developing our offices into a state-of-the-art, vibrant, attractive home from home which won’t feel like work.
