The salary is based on experience and they willconsider all levels of experience.

The Role:
The role would involve General Corporate Commercial and M&A work. You will also gain experience in takeovers, Company & Business Sales, Joint ventures and shareholder agreements and commercial contracts.

The team also does Capital Market work so if you arewanting to gain experience in this area then the firm can offer you that.


Requirements:


  • The ideal applicant will have good M&A Corporate experience.
  • You will have a broad range of expertise in the following areas:
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Private equity and venture financing including MBOs and MBIs
  • Starting up and managing join venture arrangements
  • Company Law and Corporate Government advice
  • Business restructuring and insolvency
  • Capital Market experience is desirable but not necessary.
