Job Mission:

The Cashier/After-Sales oversees all cash collection operations, as well as the management of the After Sales Service.


He/she will ensure that the procedures and the exceptional customer service of Maison Valentino are respected, by communicating appropriately with your various contacts and by ensuring regular and precise monitoring of your activity.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


Cash-Desk:

Carry out all daily cash receipts (opening and closing of the cash register)
Maintain an impeccable level of customer service, in line with the selling ceremony
Follow-up of the customer file


After-Sales Service:

Carry out a first diagnosis on the products if possible
Follow-up of the shipment and reception of the products
Management and follow-up of repairs in connection with our repair workshops,
Regularly inform the customer about the progress of his file (feasibility, invoice, deadline)
Control of the products after repair
Inform and support the sales team about the procedures related to the After Sales Service
Record and follow up on repairs in our internal software
