Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join a successful main contractor with a growing profile in the Tayside area.
This offers the chance to work with a mainstay of the Scottish construction industry delivering a range of projects includingschools, care homes, student accommodation and social housing developments.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and on schedule
- Managing subcontractors and onsite personnel
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local community
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
