We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join a successful main contractor with a growing profile in the Tayside area.

This offers the chance to work with a mainstay of the Scottish construction industry delivering a range of projects includingschools, care homes, student accommodation and social housing developments.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing construction projects from start to finish
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and on schedule
Managing subcontractors and onsite personnel
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local community
Adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
