Scientific Team Lead - Medical Affairs
Upwards of £65,000 + annual bonus
Oxford or Manchester - Weekly hybrid working
Albion Rye Associates are partnered with a leading medical communication agency that specializes in providing strategic communication solutions to pharmaceutical clients in the healthcare industry.
They will lead a team of writers and editors, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of writers and editors to develop highquality medical affairs and publications content for our clients
- Ensure content is accurate, compliant, and meets regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute content strategies
- Actively participate in client meetings and provide guidance on content development
- Develop and maintain editorial processes and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all deliverables
- Manage timelines and budgets for editorial projects
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field within life sciences
- Able to commute into either Oxford or Manchester on a weekly basis
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical communications agency
- Experience leading a team of writers and editors
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
