Credit Control Assistant
Report into Finance Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring prompt payment of invoices
  • Resolving invoice queries, working with both internal and external contacts
  • Monitoring debtor balances
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Assisting the finance team with any other adhoc tasks such as scanning, posting purchase invoices, completing new supplier/client forms, sending client invoices and quotations.
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve objectives
  • Contribute to the overall smooth running of the company's financial operations

Credit Control Assistant - Requirements

  • Previous experience in Credit Control


  • Experience using Sage

  • Desirable
  • Excellent customer service
  • Be data driven and highly analytical
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:

£ £11.44 (DOE)
