Delivery locations, Derby, Nottingham, Chesterfield, Mansfield.
Programmes of delivery to may include up to and including Level 3 Diploma's: Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading, Warehouse and Logistics, Mental Health, Autism Awareness and Employability related qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver Level 1, 2 and 3 short courses to employed and unemployed learners.
- Understanding of individual learner needs and how to adapt learning to support a successful outcome.
- Experience of One to One and group delivery ensuring effective promotion of independent learning resources and flexible learning strategies are met.
- Experience of face to face and online delivery ensuring effective promotion of independent learning resources and flexible learning strategies are met.
- Produce quality approved schemes of work, session plans and delivery resources as required for a range of qualifications relevant to the needs of the current labour market.
- Delivery of quality facilitation, teaching, learning and assessment that encourages and motivates learners to remain on provision.
- To support learners one to one with their employability or developmental needs depending on individual circumstances.
- To provide confidential and impartial information, advice and guidance on employment and learning opportunities.
- To manage own caseload to ensure contractual targets are met.
- To ensure learner files meets contractual compliance and quality assurance requirements first time.
- Attend and contribute to standardisation meetings and make recommendations for continuous improvement as required.
- Enrol learners for any required external exams and where appropriate Invigilate learners' exams/tests.
- Maintain awarding bodies records as specified by the Quality Lead.
- Ensure learners have access to uptodate job vacancies where appropriate.
- To carry out learner reviews at milestones
- Population of success stories monthly and or per cohort.
- Maintain own professional development and CPD logs.
- To carry out any other duties as required by DBC Training.
Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Derby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
