This role will expand your abilities through working alongside our wealth of specialists including business analysts, architects, data scientists and excellence professionals on various programmes, from rapidly prototyped research right through to high grade enterprise systems.
Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Internal/External Audit Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and improving the Roke-wide business management system (BMS) and for providing administration support for internal and external audit, non-conformance management and continuous improvement.
The Role
You will maintain accurate business management systems (BMS) documentation, including processes, policies, logs and trackers for business processes.
Liaising with process owners you will ensure that all process have been reviewed and updated regularly as per the BMS.
- Provide support for managing internal and external audits of the Roke Excellence System and work with the Internal & External Audit Coordinator and other BMS stakeholders, to support coscoping, planning and coordination.
- Administration of the electronic QMS software (Q Pulse), creating forms, templates and managing linkages within the eQMS and other enterprise level software (e.g., SharePoint, Signavio).
- Manage documentation within the QMS including, training records, reports, investigations, audit findings and other quality documentation.
- Support the team by arranging audits and followup of corrective action/preventative action (CAPA) with auditees on audit findings.
- Support planning and coordination of CI, Quality and QMS training for stakeholders.
- Assist auditors with selfinspection documentation and questionnaires, supporting project leaders compiling and completing quality plans and internal audits within the eQMS.
- Work with CI manager as Roke continuous Improvement champion for the QMS. Drive continuous improvement/operational excellence in own role and adjacent stakeholders, support help drive a riskbased and process focused approach to BMS maintenance.
- Incident management facilitate implementation of quality improvement/audit actions.
Capabilities and Experience
- Highly organised with effective time management skills and good attention to detail and to see things through to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamworking, interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proactive
- The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a selfmotivated approach to work along with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Welldeveloped IT skills Microsoft Office
- Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Training in QMS software will be provided.
- Experience in an administration role or quality/excellence role would be desirable.

As a result, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years for SC and 10 years for DV.
