  • We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our Application Support team at PayPoint.

    As a key member of our team, you'll help manage and evolve our support function, ensuring our terminals, including the flagship PayPoint One and its EPOS system, run smoothly.

  • This support will cover all our PayPoint terminals, including the flagship PayPoint One and its EPOS system, as well as the back office platform. The team currently operates a Hybrid model (a few days in the office per week) over a seven day a week rota and covers the majority of our Contact Centre opening hours 8am 8pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8am 6pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm.
    What will you be doing?


You'll lead a team of Application Support analysts, handling support queries from our internal Contact Centre and larger multiple providers.

Your role will involve driving efficiency within the team, reducing resolution time and incidents. You'll also manage senior Technical Analysts responsible for change implementation and back-office support.

  • But that's not all you'll also be responsible for the personal and technical development of your team members, creating an environment where commitment and morale are high.
    What would we like from you?


Previous experience in managing a team of Support Analysts is essential, along with a proven track record of driving improvement through accurate reporting and KPIs.

Experience supporting complex enterprise environments, ideally in a Windows and SQL Server environment, is a must, as is a logical approach to problem-solving.

Knowledge of ITIL principles for service management and excellent stakeholder management skills are also required.
It would be great if you already have
Experience with transaction processing systems, financial systems, Azure environments, ServiceNow, or hold a recognized IT or management qualification, that's a bonus
