Description

Duties:

Provide personal care and support to elderly individuals in a compassionate and respectful manner
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
Maintain a clean and safe environment for the residents

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
Previous experience in a similar role or in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary:
£12.89-£14.55 per hour
