Description
A small and friendly Broomhill, Sheffield S10 based student lettings company offering high quality student accommodation seeks an experienced part-time handyman 1 day per week, hours to suit


Duties include:

  • Responding to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner
  • Install, repair, or replace furniture, fixtures and appliances as needed
  • Gardening, fencing
The successful applicant will be hardworking and have an eye for detail. Own transport and clean driving licence is essential. Previous DIY experience is essential


Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£15.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
