We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Project Administrator to join our Office Team.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of projectrelated documentation
  • Maintain and update records, databases and information systems
  • Assist with the organization of meetings, training and events
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate related activities
  • Undertake general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning

Requirements:


  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Flexible working if desired and hours to be determined.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
