Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, HampshireThis is a superb opportunity to join a highly regarded North Hampshire firm who have an excellent name across the various departments they cover including Residential Conveyancing.

Ideally you will be a solicitor or legal executive with upwards of 12 months experience looking to strengthen the very busy team and it would be beneficial if you have already had experience of managing your own files too.

Typically coming into the firm would be a mix offreehold and leasehold sales and purchases matters, re-mortgaging, equity release and buy-to-let.

The firm also has some specialist expertise in rural properties and with your excellent training and experience gained already in a noted department you will be ambitious and career focused.

You may be expected to embrace gentle networking and marketing techniques to ensure the firm is front of mind amongst the local community.
