My client is offering an incredible opportunity to join their team as their Site Supervisor based in Southall with the odd occasion to work in their Acton site (W3).


Main Duties.

  • To be responsible for management of uptodate records on Security, Maintenance, H&S(buildings) to the highest standards with upkeep of records at all times.
  • To be responsible for and ensure the upkeep, general maintenance, safety and security of the Service's buildings, grounds and outdoor equipment by managing and undertaking repairs, instructing & supervising maintenance staff and organising 3rd party contractorsas necessary.

Skills.

  • Great communication skills.
  • Experience working in school (essential)
  • Some practical skill qualification such as City & Guilds (e.g., joinery and carpentry)
  • Some supervisory experience or experience in supervising maintenance team members and dealing with contractors, staff and suppliers (essential).
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS (we can help you with this)
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety.


We need you to be resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people and ideally have a background in supporting people with autism in previous roles within a social care environment.

Permanent position at £26,715 - £29,750 per year plus Inner London Allowance of £1515. The offer salary will be based on previous experience.

The weekly total working hours would be 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

There is a parking available on site and other benefits available.
