Interim Regeneration Project Manager (Local Authority)

West Midlands England Based

6-month contract (Potential for extension)

Day Rate:
Up to £400 a day (Outside IR35) Depending on experience

Hybrid working - 1-2 days in the office per month, remainder remote


Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in the Midlands to facilitate the appointment of a Regeneration Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.

Within the role you will help oversee the council's residential regeneration scheme, to help progress through each RIBA stage.


Responsibilities of the Role:


  • Conduct stakeholder and community engagement practices.
  • Reporting to the board on key milestones.
  • Help progress the programme from RIBA stages 1 onwards.
  • Confidently advise the organisation on strategic direction and budget management of projects.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Previous experience working within a local authority setting is essential.
  • A proven track record of overseeing large capital, regeneration, or development programmes.
  • Demonstratable experience in project managing developments from inception to completion.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders.

This assignment is an initial 6-month contract with likely extension and offering up to £400 a day Outside IR35 depending on experience.

There will be a mixture of remote working with a requirement to be onsite for 1-2 days per month.
