Interim Regeneration Project Manager (Local Authority)
West Midlands England Based
6-month contract (Potential for extension)
Day Rate:
Up to £400 a day (Outside IR35) Depending on experience
Hybrid working - 1-2 days in the office per month, remainder remote
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in the Midlands to facilitate the appointment of a Regeneration Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Conduct stakeholder and community engagement practices.
- Reporting to the board on key milestones.
- Help progress the programme from RIBA stages 1 onwards.
- Confidently advise the organisation on strategic direction and budget management of projects.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Previous experience working within a local authority setting is essential.
- A proven track record of overseeing large capital, regeneration, or development programmes.
- Demonstratable experience in project managing developments from inception to completion.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
