Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Care Assessor role at Sandwell Care Services.

As a Senior Care Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the needs of our service users, conducting care assessments, and developing personalised support plans.

You will work closely with our care team to ensure the highest level of care is provided. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location in Smethwick, but also offering flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting care assessments and developing care plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and social care regulations and standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation
  • Experience in the domiciliary care industry is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care

Pay:
From £26,000.00 per year
