Duties:

• Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer queries
• Utilise time management skills to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods
• Support upselling efforts to increase revenue
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times

Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous
• Basic Maths skills for handling transactions and order accuracy
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Passion for the culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills
