Part Time Customer Service Advisor
20 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm
£10 per hour (Annual £10,400)
80 Hours Pro rata Annual leave plus bank holidays
As part of our continued growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Rehasense UK team.
The role requires professionalism, initiative, multi-tasking and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Equally important are enthusiasm, a friendly manner and the ability to work as part of a team.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service and Sales Support Supervisor, duties will involve:
- Providing excellent customer service to our Customers and Rehasense Business Development Managers via telephone
- Invoicing and entering of orders via the online system
- Booking courier collections and deliveries
- Monitoring deliveries to ensure they have been fulfilled on time
- Raising delivery concerns with the courier service and Supervisor
- Setting up new customer trade accounts
- Updating the client management system
- Processing warranty and return claims
- General administration that supports daily activities and duties
Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and use initiative
- Flexibility and ability to multitask
- Previous telephonebased customer service experience would be beneficial
- Competent IT skills with Microsoft 365 programmes and ability to learn new systems
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferable but not essential as full training will be given
