The Associate, Growth Initiatives, is a vital part of the Growth function, reporting directly to the Head of Growth Initiatives.

In this role, the Associate will play a pivotal role in Growth governance and reporting activities, providing support across various Growth initiatives, including transaction support.

Responsibilities include overseeing the accurate and timely collection of information on growth opportunities across various jurisdictions, preparing monthly reporting packages, ensuring consistent use of growth tools, and facilitating information exchange between growth and other functions.

• Additionally, the role involves contributing to crossfunctional projects, managing the preInvestment Committee process, proposing, and managing the IC Calendar, and supporting the control of the opportunities budget. Additional tasks encompass maintaining growth processes, proposing efficiencyenhancing processes and tools, analyzing base country assumptions, and preparing Growth Board papers.

• Proficient user of Smartsheets, Power BI, and Anaplan.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
