We was established 20 years ago and currently own 12 pharmacies based in Manchester.

Both directors are qualified pharmacists and are actively involved on a daily basis in the running of this dynamic group.

We have a well-established loyal customer base and we pride ourselves in having an outstanding level of customer service.

We are looking to recruit a
Pharmacy Assistant Buyer to work at Head Office within our Hub

This vacancy is on a permanent basis, however is conditional upon successfully completing the probationary period.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the pharmacy teams.
  • Completing order administration within Excel and order management systems.
  • Raising and tracking orders and keeping related systems up to date.
  • Working closely with the pharmacy teams to ensure correct order information.

Skills & Experience:


  • Ideally have experience in a similar role.
  • Fully computer literate with strong Excel and Word skills.
  • Highly organised, efficient and can work to tight deadlines, within a fastpaced environment.
  • Able to follow a critical path strong accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Must be proactive, able to use initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communicator.
