Marketing Coordinator in Product Led Software Company

Are you a Hands-on Marketing Coordinator who wants to be a crucial part of the company's decision-making process?

Our software provides customers with a smooth, simple, and straightforward digital experience for all things legal certificates, service reminders, quotes, invoices, and estimates.

What success looks like in this role:

You understand and have documented what customers' pain points, fears, hopes, and aspirations are at each stage of the buying process.
You have the discipline to track and document results and the courage to test new ideas to see what works.
You take the lead and push for what you believe in.
Your whole focus is on activities that create results, and when things are not working, you can speak directly and openly so the whole team can come together to help support you in solving challenges.

Responsibilities:

Constantly find and explore new ways to understand our customers and their needs at each stage of the buying process.
Use data and research to test and confirm insights.
Provide copy, direction and customer insights to Product, Customer Success and other team members.
Ensuring clear KPIs are established and adhered to for marketing programs and effectively tracking and reporting on the initiatives.
Do/coordinate videos for testimonials, case studies, and product updates.
Manage external contractors.
Developing brandfocused and productfocused marketing campaigns.
Taking the initiative to be creative and ambitious for all marketing campaigns.
Manage Social Media.
Collaborating with others to drive growth.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
Solid knowledge of customer psychology.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the software industry.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.

Marketing Coordinator
Leading Industry SaaS Tool.
Location: 2 minutes walk from Sevenoaks train station. (30 minutes from London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Waterloo).
Hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home.

- £45,000 - £55,000.

Location and Access:

The role is based in Sevenoaks, 2 min walk from the Sevenoaks station.
