The director of service delivery will work strategically across Capita Public Service.
Responsible for circa 10,000 employees in a matrix style organisation, you'll develop and maintain our capability and operational strategy in support of the vision from our Divisional Executive Team.
You'll explore opportunities to implement best practice, digitally evolving our services and driving continuous improvement to enable us to remain competitive.
Ultimately, you'll ensure we deliver better outcomes for our clients.
This is a senior level appointment that reports into the COO and will hold key relationships with the Service Delivery Team, Divisional Leadership Team, Senior management team and Functional Stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate across the matrix to facilitate and support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Be responsible for the leadership and operational delivery of multiple services lines across the 5 core sectors
- Be accountable for delivering standardised repeatable services focused on costs, quality and delivery.
- Provide world class levels of health and safety.
- Set operational objectives in accordance with our business plan and targets.
- Build, coach and lead a highperforming crossfunctional team, as well as monitor performance through operational reviews and audits.
- Ensure effective twoway communication processes with teams, customers and suppliers.
- Supply cross divisional service line delivery and development in line with market requirements and contracts.
- Oversee the target operating model to ensure cost competitiveness and effective delivery.
- Guide a continuous improvement culture, by proactively improving, innovating and developing operational processes and systems.
