Description
Our client is looking for a Clerk of Works to be based in Blackburn


This role is to manage contractors that are carrying out work on void properties and also carrying out reactive maintenance surveys on social housing properties.

You will also be attending site meetings and carrying out post inspection works

Pay is £24 per hour plus mileage
