The Team

How do we create our amazing product concentrates for our customers? The manufacturing team are the experts The Manufacturing team are critical to our mission of development and excellence, form advising development on new product "scale up" to creating batches of concentrates for continually running lines, the Manufacturing team work closely with multiple departments to deliver innovative quality products to our customers.

The Role

You will be working in close collaboration with the production and quality teams to create various concentrates for filling. Our 24/7 Panama shift teams work together as a tight-knit group to ensure the best processes are followed. You will be detail orientated and able to follow processing instructions and guidelines to crate high quality products.

Working and supporting the friendly operations teams in Production, Quality and Engineering, the team are a close-knit group that know the value of a job well done, able quickly adapt to changing customer requirements and actively problem solve as issues arise.

What does a typical day look like?

• You will use Bill of Materials and process recipes to mix and process product concentrate in accordance with customer guidelines.
• You will liaise with the development lab on new product trials and manufacture and "scale up".
• Using attention to detail, you will sanitise and hygienically clean manufacturing equipment.
• You will collect samples for analysis by the quality assurance team.

• Good aptitude for problem solving.
• Numerate and literate.
• Handson and able to work accurately.
• Ability to perform basic computer tasks.
• Experience in FMCG or similar production processing / compoundingbased role.
