A keen, self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious
Lettings Negotiator or
Senior Lettings Negotiator is required to join a highly professional, local independent estate agency based at their offices in the Bexleyheath area.

You will need have previous experience in residential lettings and familiarity with the local area would be helpful.

You will also need to show commitment to personal and branch goals and be a confident team player.

You need to deliver exceptional customer service to build long term relationships with both Landlords, Tenants, and applicants to ensure repeat business and the reputation of the brand is upheld.

Skills:
The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Experience in Residential Lettings
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
An exemplary telephone manner
Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
Knowledge of the Bexleyheath and surrounding areas helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
