HR Services Manager | Leicestershire | Up to £27 per hour | ASAP start

Macildowie is working with an education organisation based in Leicestershire on an exciting opportunity for an Interim HR Services Manager for 3-6 months and is paying up to
£27 per hour (£200 daily rate).

The role will be to help deliver a high quality, strategically driven HR operations service to align with the mission and values of the business.

The role offers a hybrid working structure with 2/3 days on site and an ASAP start.

Key Duties include:

Provide strong and consistent leadership to the HR department
Deliver an efficient, strategically informed endtoend HR service (from induction to retirement)
Ensure that regular reporting and KPIs are developed to support the management of the HR service delivery
Provide leadership to senior leaders on best practice in HR operations
Provide advice and guidance on complex HR matters and act as an escalation point
Work in collaboration with HR colleagues and other key stakeholders to assess the impact that people practices and policies have on the employee experience
Maintain oversight of all HR services policies
