Dealing with properties throughout the North West, it is a great chance for an experienced property manager to continue to develop their career.

• Acting as a liaison between tenants and landlords
• Ensure the property maintenance issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner through to completion
• Arrange and supply quotes to the Landlords for approval
• Reviewing rents and negotiating increases and reductions in line with market value
• Reviewing inventories and checkout reports and advising the Landlord of any issues within the property before being relet
• Check all certificates are upto date on all properties throughout the let
• Maintain compliance with industry and internal procedures
• Process the Deposit claims liaising with both the Tenant and Landlord on the outcome.
• Renewals
• Preparing legal documents for issuing Section 21 &
• Ensure job and industry legislation is being adhered to at all times

• Able to deliver excellent customer service including excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work under your own initiative
• Previous experience working as a property manager
• A keen eye for detail
• Flexible approach
• Confident approach
• Liaising with local authorities for building repairs and licences

• Salary up to £35,000.00
