Our client is looking for a Graduate Revit Technician to join their well-established building services consultancy.
The firm have over 35 years' experience delivering design and technical support across the Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Retail and Educationalsectors.
To be considered for this Graduate Revit Technician role you will have:- Relevant Degree or Master's
- Understanding of building services engineering
- Revit MEP experience (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Full clean UK driving license with own vehicle
- Brilliant time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient with software's such as Revit & CAD
Working as a Graduate Revit Technician you will:
- Liaise with the mechanical, electrical, and public health design engineers and other technicians
- Create Revit elements and objects
- Understand system and shared parameters
- Interpret engineer's designs and relay into an architectural base model in Revit format, and produce 2D design stage drawings in accordance with the RIBA Wok Stages 1 to
- Maintain Revit and CAD standards
- Support with heating/cooling systems, water services, drainage, electrical systems, and containment
- Understand COBie
