Description

This role is designed to support the Customer Service team to effectively assess the more complex claims coming into Victory Leisure homes by using the skills and knowledge gained through working in the industry (preferably in a multi skilled production style role, although not essential).

This will help Victory to increase a 'first time fix' and reduce revisits 'FUF's' to achieve industry best KPI and rectification timescales.

The role will also assist in the feedback to production and NPD be spotting and reporting on fault trends and these being 'designed out' for future builds.

You will also be able to answer (or know where to obtain the answer) technically based/ option related questions that come into the business from end users/ parks and dealers and other Customer service staff and give clear and concise information.

Essential

Good knowledge of build techniques

Good knowledge of products used with the units built

Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications

Understanding of faults and how they are rectified

Clear and concise communication to ensure staff understand what is required and why

Desirable

Ability to estimate repair times, resources and materials required

Microsoft word and excel (and others as required)

Knowledge of Victory based computer systems (training will be given if required)

Logistical planning

Ability to understand different terminology from around the industry
