Sue Ross Recruitment are working with alongside a national field support service specialist who tailor to the needs of the utility industry.

We are assisting to recruit a Service Support Coordinator to successfully coordinate, administer and manage clients expectations in a fair, diplomatic and professional way.


Responsibilities and Duties;:


  • Import A/C's received from clients onto the custommade inhouse database.
  • Data processing of client information working to strict GDPR protocol.
  • Assist with allocation of A/C's to external field agents, ensuring work volumes for each agent are manageable, whilst also being mindful of geographical/cost implications and ensuring service level agreements are achievable.
  • Manage relationships between our business, field agents and external suppliers to coordinate and schedule dates for visits, court attendance and disconnections.
  • Ensure field reports/images are uploaded to the databases by field agents to a satisfactory standard and within a timely manner.
  • Provide commercial and operational management information upon request, for both clients and company directors.
  • Attend/contribute to regular client meetings with a view to building/strengthening successful working relationships.
  • Provide valuable contribution to ongoing strategy changes.
  • Assist where necessary with monthly billing of clients and payment of suppliers.
  • Manage in & outbound call volumes, ensuring full notes and outcome codes are applied.

Skills required;:


  • Ability to work equally well alone or as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills assertive/persuasive/affable.
  • Ability to actively listen and process information provided, offering the most appropriate decision.
  • IT confident/competent. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel & Word packages.
  • Ability to work calmly and methodically under pressure.
  • Ability to priorities' and reprioritise throughout the day without losing focus of the overall target.
  • Ability to deal with potentially volatile situations and give clear guidance to field agents/clients requiring support.
  • Confidence to establish facts and make informed decisions.
  • Confident with delivering highlevel business analysis/results to directors and clients.
  • Ability to maintain a highlevel view on managing business costs
